Art. 1 - Purpose
1. The object of these Conditions of Sale is the purchase of products, made remotely via computer network on the website www.zetalineashop.it owned by the company Zetalinea srl with registered office in Via Malopera Nord 2587, 45021 Badia Polesine (RO).
2. Such purchases are reserved for Consumers.
3. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the current regulations on e-commerce and in compliance with the Consumer Code. Regarding the protection of confidentiality, all personal information will be handled in full compliance with the regulations set forth in Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196.
4. The company Zetalinea srl reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of sale without prior notice, it being understood that the terms and conditions of sale at the time of purchase will apply.
Article 2 - Commitments of the Client
1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale must be reviewed online by Customer visitors to www.zetalineashop.it, before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
Art. 3 - Acceptance of the conditions of sale
1. The Customer, with the telematic submission of the purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his dealings with Zetalinea srl, the general conditions and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him under the above rules, also noting that Zetalinea srl does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Art. 4 - Method of purchase
1. www.zetalineashop.it is a product sales website of the company Zetalinea Ltd.
2. The purchase of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, is made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of placing the order, plus transportation costs as specified below in the following point (Transportation and Delivery Products) and in any case displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Product prices are given in Euros and are VAT Included.
4. Sales prices shown on the site may be changed by Zetalinea srl at any time without notice.
5. Product prices published from time to time, cancel and replace previous prices and are subject to the actual availability of the products.
6. Before confirmation of the order to the Customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase of more than one product and the transportation costs.
7. Following the telematic submission of the order, the Customer will receive within 24 hours an e-mail message that will constitute acceptance of the order and will contain the following information:
- Confirmation of order acceptance
- order number and date;
- code, description and price of the product purchased;
- The total amount of one's order;
- conditions of sale.
8. All purchase orders transmitted electronically to Zetalinea srl must be complete in every part. The company reserves the right not to accept incomplete or not properly completed orders, subject to notification within 48 hours.
9. Any special offers promoted by Zetalinea srl are valid until expiration or until stocks are exhausted and are, in any case, subject to the actual availability of the relevant products in the head of Zetalinea srl.
Art. 5 - Payments
In the store www.zetalineashop.it payments can be made in three different ways:
1. By marking
2. By bank transfer
3. Paypal
1. Cash on Delivery - The Customer may make payment directly to the charge de courier half cash at no additional cost.
2. Bank Transfer - The bank transfer must be made within 3 working days of placing the order. The reason for the bank transfer must state:
- the order number
- the date of the order
- the first and last name of the originator
The bank transfer should be made in favor of: Zetalinea Ltd.
You will receive IBAN details, to make the payment, at the end of the order process.
Following the successful transfer, the Customer should send a copy of the transfer order with its CRO number by email (shop@zetalinea.it) or by fax (0425590699).
In case of non-payment within 3 days of the order, the order will be considered void.
Only after confirmation of payment, Zetalinea srl will ship the ordered goods.
Article 6 - Transportation and delivery of products
1. The purchased products will be delivered by Zetalinea srl by courier to the address indicated by the Customer.
2. The contribution for shipping costs is the responsibility of the Customer and amounts to € 18.30 for the national territory. Shipping becomes free when there is at least one "stoker's kit". For shipment of individual glass panes, will be charged the cost of packing breakproof glass on special pallet. Cost € 36.60 to be added to the freight cost.
3. Indicatively, without implying any obligation for Zetalinea srl, the purchased products will be delivered by courier within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation, for the national territory.
4. Product deliveries will be made during all working days.
5. Special terms and conditions of delivery shall be agreed in advance in writing between the Customer and Zetalinea Ltd.
6. Zetalinea Ltd. shall not be liable for delays in delivery if such delay is derived from the absence of the recipient from the intended place of delivery.
7. The Customer is required to verify upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him in relation to the order placed, according to the following:
the number of packages (number of parcels) indicated on the carrier's letter corresponds to the number of packages - actually delivered;
the package is intact, undamaged and otherwise conforms to the standard characteristics of a Zetalinea srl package.
Art. 7 - Guarantees
1. Products purchased through www.zetalineashop.it are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will apply only to problems demonstrated during normal use of the product, i.e., in accordance with its intended purpose and the provisions of any technical documentation, with compliance with the various operating standards specified therein.
2. On the other hand, the aforementioned warranty will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.
3. In any case, Zetalinea srl recognizes the consumer rights provided by the current Consumer Code.
Art. 8 - Right of withdrawal
1. The Customer has the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of ten working days from the day of their receipt
2. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the prescribed time limit, a written notice to the address shop@zetalinea.it .
3. In the aforementioned communication must indicate the order number and, if you exercise a right of withdrawal only on part of the goods purchased telematically, the products of which you intend to withdraw from the purchase.
4. Upon receipt by Zetalinea Ltd. of the notice referred to in paragraph 2, the parties are released from their respective obligations under the contract.
5. The deadline for the return of the product is ten working days from the date of receipt of the product. For the purposes of the deadline, the goods shall be deemed to have been returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or freight forwarder.
6. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, it is sufficient that the product is returned in normal condition, as it has been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence.
7. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer and shall be the only costs payable by the Customer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
8. Zetalinea Ltd. will refund the amounts paid by the customer as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the date Zetalinea became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
Art. 9 - Privacy
1. The Customer expressly consents, in accordance with Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196, to Zetalinea srl, the collection, use, communication and / or dissemination of their personal data, as provided in the compilation of all online forms for purposes instrumental to and related to the management of the relationship with the Customer and for purposes related to the obligations under applicable laws.
2. The Customer declares that he/she knows that, if expressly permitted by him/her during registration, the data provided will be used for promotional purposes.
3. The processing of data for the above-mentioned purposes will take place using both automated and non-automated methods, but always in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by law.
4. The interested party expressly enjoys the rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 No. 196, which can at any time view from the "Privacy" page of the site www.zetalineashop.it, accessible from every page of the site.
More specifically, the rights of the data subject are as follows: to request confirmation of the existence of their personal data; to know their origin, the logic and purpose of their processing; to obtain the updating, rectification and integration; to request their cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in case of unlawful processing; to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or in case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication, it being understood that communications should be sent to the company's headquarters or at the e-mail address shop@zetalinea.it.
Article 10 - Information and complaints

Article 11 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
1. This contract shall be governed by Italian law.
2. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the same contract the territorial jurisdiction shall be that of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer, as provided by the Consumer Code. However, where the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer is located outside the territory of the European Union for the aforementioned disputes the Court of Rovigo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Customer declares that he/she has carefully read and understood and specifically accepts the clauses of the General Terms and Conditions set forth in: 2.1, 3.1, 4.2, 4.4, 4.5, 4.8, 4.10, 6.1, 6.6, 6.7, 7.1, 7.2, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 9.1, 11.1, 11.2.
