Ho ricevuto la lastra per il mio caminetto Hergom 100 in sostituzione della lastra fornita in originale che si è spezzata dopo due anni di utilizzo. Questa seconda lastra presenta una superfice striata che a quanto dichiara il costruttore, dovrebbe essere di rinforzo per la solidità della stessa. Da valutare nel tempo la durata di questa lastra. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di Zetalinea, l’interlocutrice per email è stata presente e reattiva.
